There are a lot of horror stories about opening acts being treated
poorly by the headliner, but Chris was always a pro and a gentleman.
His bandmates have remained friends of mine over the years. We
returned home to record the Lines are Open record which
included the singles Talk Talk, Heart of the City, and
Chains which all charted in Canada. Shortly there after the
band broke up...too much time on the road, not enough money, ego
clashes, all the usual suspects. I am still very proud of the band and
the music we made and I still see most of the guys on a regular basis.
Sadly our great friend and wonderful, soulful musician Earl Seymour
passed away a few years ago. The Arrows' records are out of
print and hard to find but they are out there on the internet if you
know where to look .Feel free to contact me
and I will gladly point you in the right direction to find them. -
