For the most part these are demos (albeit good sounding ones). If you are an artist looking for material, or represent an artist looking for material, please surf through the galleries and listen. All I ask is that if the time comes that you decide to record a song that you contact me to apply for the proper licenses (it's not as difficult as you might think, info below). The truth is you do have to have permission of the writers and publishers to record a "virgin" song so please go through the proper channels.
